The workshop of Custom peptidestech Co., Ltd is under the GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standardization one which meets the requirements of the pharmaceutical quality and safety management system. Up to level-100 aseptic grade, the cleanliness grade of workshop reaches the highest level of dust free aseptic grade, as level-100 one is applied for the core production workshop.

Secondly, distributing cleanrooms with different cleanliness grades are set according to the different production requirements. For example, the level-100 one corresponds to the core workshop which is responsible for dissolving, subdividing and freeze-drying procedures; the level-10000 clean rooms correspond to the weighing and plugging procedures; the lelvel-100 thousand cleanrooms correspond to the procedures of bottles cleaning, sterilization, and capping; the average one correspond to the packaging and storage area, different-grade workshops are connected by ultraviolet transfer windows, both materials and products are passed through the transfer windows. Each grade of cleanroom represents the content of bacteria or dust in specific area, for example, the maximumly allowed microbial biomass of the level-100 cleanroom is 5/m³.

Workshops are equipped with air conditioning system and ventilation system, fresh air from ventilation system go through from the core workshop to the average clean areas level by level to ensure that the core workshop always maintains best cleanliness. The top of each area level clean room is equipped with a high-end bacterial filter system to ensure air circulation in the workshops. Staffs who entering the workshop shall get their hands washed and disinfected, corresponding protective clothes should be put on when entering the different levels of cleanrooms. The connecting points of every single room will also be equipped with a bactericidal fan to prevent bacteria from human body and outside.

Workshops of Custom peptidestech of is equipped with the latest technical equipment, such as pure water machine for making sure pure water get supplied and circulated in the whole workshop; ultrasonic sterilizer is used for sterilization and disinfection of glass bottles and production equipment; steam sterilizer is specific for sterilizing rubber plug; ultra pure water machine is specially designed for the preparing ultra pure water which is used for the dissolution and dilution of raw materials; the high capacity lyophilizer is used for the freeze-drying procedure of the core workshop after sundividing for making sure products are in vacuum and freeze-drying in the machine. Capacity of the workshop: 30,000 vials on weekly output, while able to reach 120,000 vials or even more on monthly output. Urgent order for customization is acceptable. Customization of caps, specification and the mixed peptide are available.
